I don't know who Eichi-kun is but I assume he must be nice. Why else would he spend a lot?
Aaaaaand, I guess you could make the lobby your stage if you wanted? It's pretty big. Everyone has to pass through it! Though I think that anywhere can be a stage if you want it to be one. Just keep an open mind, okay?~
